You could call it an unconventional way of displaying time or a two hand-watch with four hands.
While the minutes are “classically” indicated by the large blued steel hand on the dial chapter ring sitting at the top, the hour indication is placed on an attached plate divided into three sections on the dial level below.
The hours are indicated with the help of a hand that has three arms of different lengths running between the two dials.
