RETURN POLICY

We proudly stand behind the products we sell and value above all the customer and their experience. Therefore, if you want to return the item, it may be returned within five days after the date you receive your order. All sales are final after five days.

To return an item you must notify Sydel & Sydel that you would like to return the item within five days of its delivery date by contacting us at sydelandsydel@mac.com.

Sydel & Sydel must receive returned items within ten days of its delivery date. Any return received after ten days may not be accepted.

All returns must be returned in the original condition including all packaging, boxes and paperwork. Items cannot be worn, damaged or altered in any way. Items will be examined by our experts in order to approve the return. Pending approval refunds will be processed by original method of payment. Items that are worn, damaged or altered will be returned to you.

Special orders, custom made pieces and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Sydel & Sydel offers FedEx Priority shipping for online orders delivered within the continental United States. We charge for international shipping based upon the destination. All shipments are insured. FedEx requires that all deliveries be made to a street address and not a P.O. Box. To protect your shipment, FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries. To ensure on-time delivery, be sure someone is available to sign for your package. We make every attempt to ship online orders within 48 hours,
however delays may occur as all orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. If you are contacted, you will have 48 hours to complete the verification process. If you do not respond within 48 hours, you will be notified and the order will be canceled and refunded via the original payment method. For pre-orders, you are required to pay 25% of the price as a deposit when you place your order. The balance, including any shipping fees and taxes, will be charged when the product is ready for shipment. Please note, there are no refunds for pre-orders.
