A creation the likes of which have never been seen before. Like a blossom unfurling, driven by an unseen force originating from its centre into previously unknown beauty, it blooms and then sends out a new shoot from the same centre that sprouts two buds of equal beauty. This is a “resonance” of the kind that Mother Nature is continually revealing to us.

Resonance implies that the vibrations of the primary body excite equal sympathetic vibrations in the secondary body with its own frequency. Thus, the stimulation takes place simultaneously on both tourbillons via the interconnection of their balance spring studs linked by the common resonance spring. Of course, the system must also be balanced in itself. Otherwise, the carriage on the central axis of the flying tourbillon could not be driven. This prerequisite makes it possible for resonance to actually take place within this double tourbillon.
